For items from our standard product ranges we typically despatch orders within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Bespoke & Special Orders
Lead times vary with design complexity and production volume. We provide a clear timeline at the point of quotation.
Do you offer next-day delivery across the UK?
Yes, on stock lines ordered before 2:00 PM, to mainland UK addresses.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum on stock lines. Bespoke runs are quoted per project.
How do I track my shipment once dispatched?
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as the consignment leaves our distribution centre.
Do you deliver to mainland UK only or do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally through our export team. Contact us with your destination and we will quote carriage.
Can I arrange collection from your warehouse?
Yes, by arrangement. Book a slot and we will have the order picked and ready.
